Preview: Grizzlies @ Celtics

Tonight, the Boston Celtics will take on Mike Conley and the Grizzlies in the Boston Garden at 7:00 PM Eastern Time. So far this season, the Western Conference is 44-17 against the East in inter-league games. Look for the Grizzlies to continue the trend tonight vs the Celtics.

Although the Grizzlies are depleted with Marc Gasol out because of an injury. The Grizzlies are 0-3 without their star center.

On the other hand, the Boston Celtics are on a three game winning streak, benefiting from the recent play of Phil Pressey, Courtney Lee, and Jordan Crawford. Those guards have really had the hot hand as of late.

Although the Celtics will probably drop this one because they just don't have nearly as much talent as Memphis, star point guard Rajon Rondo's return is looming in the near future. It was announced today that Rondo has set an appointment with Dr James Andrews for early December. A source that saw him practice today said, "It can't be very long before he's back".

Also in NBA news today, it's rumored that Dion Waiters is being shopped out of Cleveland as his teammates Kyrie Irving and Tristian Thompson refused to pass the ball to him. Cleveland has been in serious talks with the New York Knicks. Also in the NBA today, Kwame Brown was cut from the 76ers. He was one of those "keep gettin' them checks, boy!" players.

Taking all of the Jews into the holiday, here's the Houston Rockets: (thank you deadspin.com)

Tonight's the first night of Hanukkah and tomorrow is Thanksgiving, so Happy Holidays to all, even those who don't celebrate.
